Aupark Bratislava shopping center

Aupark is situated on the right side of the Danube river near the city dominants – the Bratislava castle and the New bridge. This location is a natural extension of a near historical city center and falls within the relaxation and entertainment city areas. Aupark captured unique location not only in Bratislava but also in Slovakia. The capital produces 34 per cent of the gross domestic product of the state (30 percent of the retail turnover) and includes more than 50 per cent of companies with foreign interest (60 per cent of the foreign investments). Increasing trend of the retail proves the dynamics of the city – it was doubled between 1995 and 2001. Aupark is situated near the planned highway D62 (Vienna - Warsaw) and near the highway D2 (Prague - Budapest).
